Die (vertraglichen) Soll-Stunden jedes Lehrers stehen dabei immer den derzeit geplanten Ist-Stunden gegenüber. Unsere jahrzehntelange Erfahrung auf diesem Gebiet hat beispielsweise auch dazu geführt, dass die Umsetzung des neuen Hamburger Lehrerarbeitszeitmodells mit Untis kein Problem ist.
